Thanks for all the testing.  It appears the bug was introduced in
v4.8-rc8.  I'll start a kernel bisect betweeon -rc7 adn -rc7 and post a
test kernel shortly.

In the mean time, can you test the latest mainline kernel to see if the
bug is already fixed there?  It can be downloaded from:

http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.10-rc5
