There were errors in filesystem.squashfs indeed. Sadly, skipping these 3 files without restarting live session was not possible (so I downloaded a new image over night using bitTorrent to prevent from undiscovered download errors and to not have to download over and over again - connection slower than 2176 kbps / many DSL low-level errors and no clue about rsync). This bug may be closed. I wouldn't have posted here if I wasn't asked to do so after a crash _right after_ ubiquity installer showed an error message about corrupted installation media.
