I am not sure exactly what information that i need to provide... I have created some files with what i think you may need but i am not sure if it is enough... Please look at the fattached iles and let me know what else i need to provide..... Since it seems i can only upload 1 attachment i made a folder with the Hardware and Software info and compressed it into a single file.
