I am not trying out testing versions, I'm sorry, but you guys have wasted a lot of our time, you and the Xorg team. It's a joke really. You added the tag "bios-outdated" there's nothing outdated about my BIOS so I don't know where you think that's an appropriate tag.
I'm sorry but testing zesty on a production computer is not an acceptable thing to do, if non of your devs have an i7 Haswell or higher with this issue, you simply aren't trying hard enough to find it. I already explained what the fix is, and if Zesty doesn't have it, I'm not wasting time. These machines for work are to stay on LTS, so it is your duty to fix it. Can't claim to have long-term-support, if your support is literally like this. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1657875 Title: Google Chrome flickers badly on web pages To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1657875/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
