---Problem Description---
Ubuntu 17.04: kdump fails to capture vmcore when SMT is set to 1,2 or 4.
---Steps to Reproduce---
1. Install Ubuntu 17.04.
2. Configure kdump.
3. Trigger crash.
echo "c" > /proc/sysrq-trigger
"noirqdistrib reset_devices" needs to be passed to kdump kernel as
mentioned in Documentation/kdump/kdump.txt. Mirror the bug to Canonical
for passing this missing parameters to kdump kernel.
