Please confirm or deny whether

  http://appstream.ubuntu.com/data/xenial-proposed/universe/Components-
amd64.yml.gz

contains the right thing for wine1.6.

If it does, then the problem is probably on the client side. If not,
then it's obviously on the server (or in the package).
