Public bug reported:

1) Ubuntu 17.04
2) with me trying to merge virt-manager 1.4.0 (from bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/virt-manager/+bug/1667114)
3) View the console of a running VM from virt-manager
4) Instead we get the error:
Error connecting to graphical console:
internal error: unable to execute QEMU command 'getfd':
No file descriptor supplied via SCM_RIGHTS

Which is also described here - https://askubuntu.com/questions/833964
/virt-manager-cant-connect-to-graphical-console/853381

All it needs to work is to add:
  # allow connect with openGraphicsFD to work
  unix (send, receive) type=stream peer=(label=/usr/sbin/libvirtd),

to abstractions/libvirt-qemu

I traced the cause of the change to commit
https://github.com/virt-manager/virt-manager/commit/5c451b6401a212192d0cada164d8c1a6c8127bce

** Affects: libvirt (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
