Trying to install Lubuntu 16.10 as a fresh install from a live DVD. PC
currently setup as dual boot with Windows Vista and Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
There are two dialogue boxes: one says "ubi partman crashed" and the
other "Sorry, the application install.py has stopped unexpectedly".
