I am installed RC with daily updates. To reproduce this bug: lock the screen -> move mouse until unlock dialog is displayed -> Press for example ALT+F2 which will open "Run Application" dialog in background (login dialog will lose the focus) -> unlock computer -> "Run Application" dialog is visible as active window.
