Device: Maguro
Bulid: 13.10 (Oct. 5)

It is possible to get the launcher into a state that renders it
unusable. In this state the last used app takes up a portion of the
screen on the right and the Home screen takes up the remaining portion
on the right and both sides do not respond to touch input. The status
bar, however, is still actionable.

This state can be achieved following these steps:

A) Power down the device if on.
B) Power on the device and wait for the lock screen to appear.
C) Unlock the device and open up any app (I used Dialer).
D) Navigate to the Home screen and then press the power button to lock the
screen.
E) Press the power button to unlock the screen.
F) Swipe from right to left in the center of the screen to get the view to
bounce but not unlock.
G) While the view is bounced, perform a right-bezel swipe to pull the most
recent app out.
H) Perform a right-bezel swipe again to unlock the device.
I) Notice that two apps are shown in the main view and neither respond to touch
input.
