[Test Case] boot an instance on a arm64 based OpenStack cloud using an EFI enabled image nova delete <instance-uuid> - fails [Regression Potential] Fix in latest OpenStack release and backported upstream to the Newton release; Mitaka is closed for anything other than security/critical bug fixes upstream so holding a patch in packaging for Xenial.
