Binary package hint: qalculate

Step to reproduce the problem:
- launch qalculate with LANG=en_GB.UTF-8 qalculate (the problem also appears if 
you change LANG to any locale installed on your system)
- type "1 - 1", you get "2".
- launch qalculate with LANG=C qalculate (or LANG=somerandomthing qalculate )
- type "1 - 1", you get "0".
