Public bug reported: log2timeline.py fails with the following error:
$ log2timeline.py output ~/Documents/ Checking availability and versions of plaso dependencies. [FAILURE] missing: artifacts. [FAILURE] missing: bencode. This was on a brand new version of Ubuntu 16.04. This was installed with: $ sudo apt-get install plaso Expected to happen. That log2timeline would work properly. Instead it printed the message shown above about missing dependencies.
