For most computers, this is not such a big issue because a malicious
user can just turn off the machine anyway. However, this IS an issue for
e.g. kiosks where the user has no access to the physical machine. True,
user switching ought to be disabled by kiosk machines, but it is turned
out by default in Ubuntu and so Ubuntu kiosks without this feature will
be vulnerable to disruption.
