Hi Nish, Thanks. I was able to finally figure out to change TFTP_OPTIONS in /etc/default/tftpd-hpa to include --ipv4 and startup worked. With this experience I would have preferred for ipv6 to be turned off by default. And provide commented TCP_OPTIONS in the config file on how to turn on ipv6. Or if it's better to have ipv6 turned on by default, then provide some commented info how to setup ipv4 only.
