Hello Yury, or anyone else affected, Accepted tomcat7 into yakkety-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tomcat7/7.0.72-1ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
