Public bug reported:

One of the options in the network admin is to change the wireless
network the card would be associating to.  The new network is selected
using a combo-widget allowing the name to either be entered into a text-
entry, or selected from a drop-down of available wireless networks.

The drop-down showing the ESSIDs of networks within the vicinity does
not currently work:

the list of available networks is correctly available using the command-
line 'iwlist ... scan' is working normally.
