@SunBear Just to confirm I made my issue clear:
This only happens to me on resume after suspend/hib. cycle, then and only then fan STOPS WORKING and consequently TEMPS rise, GPU throttles, etc. Before sleep/suspend/hib. all is ok with temps/ fan rotation. Only after resume from sleep I get high temps and no fan.
