do-release-upgrade did a partial upgrade, ending with error (don't remember specific right now). Afterward I tried to finish upgrade with 'apt full-upgrade' it ended with:

I agreed, and here's the report that was autogenerated. I was able to finish upgrade by manually removing '/usr/share/dbus-1 /system-services/org.freedesktop.systemd1.service.systemd' file.
