Try moving your pulseaudio config out of the way. Log out of your desktop session, switch to a text virtual terminal by pressing control + alt + f1, logging in there, and moving the pulseaudio config like so:
mv .config/pulse .config/pulse.old Log out of the text terminal, switch back to the GUI login by pressing Alt + F7, and then log in as normal, and see how things go. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1684324 Title: [Vostro 200, Realtek ALC888, Green Line Out, Rear] No sound at all To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio/+bug/1684324/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
