This is still occurring for me, although according to the bug report I first saw it under (https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/gtk-qt- engine/+bug/47760) it has now been fixed. As far as I can tell, all my packages are up to date. I'm running dapper with gtk2-engines-gtk-qt version 0.60-1.1ubuntu7 and firefox 1.5.dfsg+1.5.0.5-0ubuntu6.06.1
