Well, if I add the line
SKIP_CHECKS=yes compiz
into /etc/xdg/compiz/compiz-manager then I can start compiz and it seems to 
work, but
1. When trying to run compiz via "System-->Preferences-->Appearance, Visual 
Effects" is stills displays "Desktop Effects Can't be enabled" error message, 
just before compiz starts.
2. Compiz startup takes 30 seconds or even more.
3. Those settings are not saved in gnome session so I must set them again after 
reboot or relogin.
4. Custom gnome keyboard shortcuts doesn't work. (Like I used to map my "IBM 
ThinkVantage" button to run terminal).

I run clear Gutsy RC install with online updates.
