can we subscribe ubuntu-foundations?

I guess it is, it is working correctly, there is upstream activity, but
no bugs so far, so I don't think the maintainer had to upgrade to 1.3.4
for some really good reasons

I did it in debian experimental and uploaded on artful

the new release is somewhat cosmetical, but I updated it.
1.3.4 should migrate on the next Britney+Publisher run
