Sorry, I forgot to mension that this happens if the Compiz is active. Eg. If I activate the "Extra" effects in the Preferences-> Appearance menu, then the Mplayer-plugin's right-mouse menu is not visible at all.
When I set the apperance effects to "None" then the menu is visible but it's extremely large, wide.
