I've read through this now, but just to double-check: There's various bug reports with package-conflicts for files in '/etc/signon-ui/webkit-options.d/*' between account-plugins and kaccounts-providers. (For instance bug 1617564)
>From what I see, this issue will remove the conflicting files from the account-plugins side and thus fix the issue.
