Actually I have no Exchange servers and company emails, but I honor Evolution for it's integration with Gnome and wide schedule capabilities. Thunderbird doesn't possess that. Running Windows XP inside a virtual machine sounds silly to me - it's just like to give up, abandon Linux itself and go back to Microsoft.
