Ran using 4.12.0-041200rc4 upstream kernel. This time the TV USB card was identified. However a 'Call Trace' appeared in 'dmesg' (attached). I wouldn't know if that is kernel related, or not, so have not updated any bug status info. Let me know if you require any further info
