Public bug reported:

Since Canonical's Ubuntu phone project is ending and no one has stepped
up to maintain Ubuntu's android-tools fork, we are syncing the Android
stack from Debian.

This benefits users by allowing them to use the latest adb and fastboot
instead of an old copy.

There are a few obsolete binaries that need to be removed to make this
happen, because Debian's android-tools is only built for a limited set
of supported architectures (not ppc64el or s390x).

Please delete these binaries:

android-tools-fsutils for ppc64el and s390x
ubuntu-device-do for ppc64el
ubuntu-device-flash for ppc64el

These are listed on update_excuses.html or update_output.txt
