A reporter say that wizard doesn't appear automatically in Adept (following this procedure https://help.ubuntu.com/community/GutsyUpgrades) also with adept2.1.2ubuntu26.2. In addition to this a crash is reported when "--version-upgrade" option is used for Adept in Feisty. Please check the report 153016 and mark as duplicate, if you think this is appropriate.
