Power manager is unable to turn off screen or put in standby
Gnome screensaver works fine till is time to turn off screen, then the screen
returns back on with no screensaver, and stays that way indefinitely.
The only way is turning off the screen from the switch (this affects only my
lcd screen, another machine with gutsy works properly with a crt screen)
I think this could be a lcd related problem.
When i was using xgl and compiz the screen turned off correctly
if i don't use xgl the screen never turns off.
