Public bug reported: To reproduce: 1) Start miral-shell 2) Quickly start a fullscreen client (eg: mir_demo_client_eglplasma or mir_demo_client_target) 3) Try and quit miral-shell by ctrl-C in its terminal
miral-shell will fail to stop - and will continue rendering - until the splash-screen spinner is exposed in some way, at which point it will quit as expected.
