Maybe not.

I first encountered the error in an ssh shell.  I then tried on the
local box to make sure it wasn't an ssh/X forwarding problem, although
xterm worked over ssh just fine.  confirmed that it didn't work locally,
filed bug.  upgraded wine, tested, passed, filed "fixed" comment above.
ran WoW on local console, ran regedit in ssh shell, same error.  quit
Wow, ran regedit in ssh same shell, no error.
