Same bug as for ubuntu 14.04 or 12.04
but for the lastest version of ubuntu (16. ...) LTS
(i can't have more information, i'm currently using the "install ubuntu" option 
on a thumb drive)

the setup told me that with GRUB missing, the system installed can't
boot
