I'm not sure that the greeter for a graphical user session would be the proper place for changing the default keyboard configuration. A GUI option for the purpose might fit in some equivalent to unity-tweak-tool or gnome-tweak-tool.
The terminal command for changing the default keyboard configuration is: sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration (Optionally you can edit /etc/default/keyboard manually.) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1624808 Title: LightDM no configuration to set default keyboard configuration To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-mate/+bug/1624808/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
