Public bug reported: Steps to reproduce: 1. Install Ubuntu 17.10. 2. Install gnome-panel and gnome-session-flashback 3. Launch GNOME Session Flashback and try to set keyboard layout switching shortcut from indicator-keyboard (Text Entry Settings menu item) on gnome-panel
