Public bug reported:

Programs with their own installers after the 17.10 alpha 2 update would
seem to add a grand list of many (I presume) system locations to the
"places" bookmark bar.

Akin to "places" in dolphin (which is not affected) installers such as
GOG installer brings places such as - pstore, rdma, freezer, devices,
debug, perf_evnt, memory, cpuset, binfmt, they cannot be removed.

The install window bears the xorg icon in the top right hand corner of
the window, appid is mojosetup.sh parent id 31224.

Running on 2+ year old AMD cpu, AMD GPU.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
