Original Dash to Dock extension has a setting to move the Show Applications
icon to the top of the dock, please implement this setting in
gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock.
Ability to move the Show Applications icon to the top of the dock is especially
important if we set "Screen position" to bottom in Settings window because now
Applications icons moves to right bottom instead of left bottom corner, like in
other popular Desktop environments (KDE, LXDE, Windows, MacOS X, etc)

** Also affects: gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock (Baltix)
   Importance: Undecided
       Status: New

** Summary changed:

- Suggestion: Move the Show Applications icon to the top of the dock
+ Return the ability (setting) to move the Show Applications icon to the top of
the dock
