Public bug reported: The battery charge/discharge times are way off using Ubuntu 17.10. My battery is old, but it should still be good for about 60 minutes of usage. However using Ubuntu 17.10 the charge and discharge times are erratic and I basically get minutes of battery life.
I have experienced similar with Fedora 25, but works fine on most other distribution, such as Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
