The weird thing is that the above output is only being shown when the laptop is on AC Power (charging). When the laptop is not connected to AC (battery-mode), it has performance issues (slow boot and slow application launching). I was trying all day long to fix the problem. I removed everything that had to do with power-saving, reinstalled, re- - tweaked for performance but had no luck.
