Is there a work around for this bug? I have the same issue on my system, 62 process of /usr/sbin/console-kit-deamon.
If I remove the fast-user-switch applet will that stop the console-kit- deamon problem? (I did not know that I had this on my panel) will check later if that is the case.. I understand that 'sudo killall console-kit-deamon' will clean out the processes for now, but I guess they will come back... The thing is that i am the only* user. Only= I have some other users like mythtv and so on.
