after trying to update the system, the computer crashed, after which it
refused to boot. The download was made with the previous version of the
kernel - 4.10.0-28-generic (x86_64).

at boot the computer began to request a password for swapping the second
disk, regardless of the password, the download continues

The system is freshly installed. It already had one unresolved problem.
