Related Fixes are upstream a long time.

As Serge pointed out in c#3 it would have to be in main to be fully supported.
Also OTOH virtlockd is the de-facto standart in most environments nowadays, 
never the less on a community support level this was made available with 
libvirt-sanlock being fully optional and in universe since Zesty.
Furthermore on >=qemu-2.10 qemu uses real file locks on top to avoid 
multi-access on disk files, which was one of the reasons for these lock 
services.

Setting fix Released in the Tasks to reflect that.
