Hi cleaning up up old bugs. Related Fixes are upstream a long time. As Serge pointed out in c#3 it would have to be in main to be fully supported. Also OTOH virtlockd is the de-facto standart in most environments nowadays, never the less on a community support level this was made available with libvirt-sanlock being fully optional and in universe since Zesty. Furthermore on >=qemu-2.10 qemu uses real file locks on top to avoid multi-access on disk files, which was one of the reasons for these lock services.
Setting fix Released in the Tasks to reflect that. ** Changed in: libvirt (Ubuntu) Status: Confirmed => Fix Released -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1263162 Title: libvirt missing sanlock plugin To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/libvirt/+bug/1263162/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
