It needs 50 days of wait to test the fix, and there's a workaround: disabling the shutdown port fix the behaviour, and as I always restart the tomcat instances from localhost so I'm OK with the workaround. Additionally we are going to switch to 16.04 in the next months, so we don't need this particular fix anymore.
