This report is a pointer to https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=880504 , which has the same title as this one. A
patch is linked to in that bug to fix the problem, which has gone into
4.14.0-rc7 in Debian experimental (sid), and has been merged upstream.
Could this be back-ported to 4.13.0 (in particular hwe-16.04-edge) in
Ubuntu, please? Are more details needed at all?
