Public bug reported:

first installation work fine until upgrade to a different kernel, it
will hang at the beginning of of the ubuntu loading proses  PCI address
expecting different from the one it got. try to reinstall ubuntu it will
not work, installation crashed. the end of UBUNTU can not install it
again. maybe if I partition again the hard drive, format it.....
