Public bug reported:

Coming from Ubuntu Unity/GNOME I was used to receiving an audio response
when increasing or lowering the volume.

This is very useful when you use headsets or earphones to not be
surprised of a too high volume.

Could this be implemented with Xubuntu 18.04 as well?
