Ok I tried the -proposed kernel for xenial and artful. Problem is, I'm using zesty. I installed the -proposed kernels and headers, and after a reboot neither my touchpad nor my wifi was working. I admit that I am a linux beginner, so I'm not sure if it is even possible to use those xenial and artful kernels with my zesty Ubuntu.
