According to the attached logs, you seem to have a syntax error in your
squid configuration file:

Dec 04 12:56:01 anonymus squid[4378]:  * FATAL: Invalid ACL type 'acc1'
Dec 04 12:56:01 anonymus squid[4378]: FATAL: Bungled /etc/squid/squid.conf line 
1183: acl not acc1 url_regex .facebook.com

In the config:
acl networking src 192.168.8.0/24
acl not acc1 url_regex .facebook.com
acl not acc2 url_regex .youtube.com

Once you fix that syntax, try:

sudo apt update
sudo apt -f install

and that should fix it.
