made several others attempts, none worked
Not able to determine if the reason is incorrect syntax (explanations are 
hardly available) or not

Actually, i think that one possibility is :
card memory range is 512Mo (de C0000000 à DFFFFFFF = 512Mo) , but only 256mb 
populated

  With a (cheap) video card in PCI Geforce 6200 (NV44A) with 256Mb video
