The bug seems to be back after 11 years. I recently upgraded from 17.04 to 
17.10 and my printer stopped working. Adding it via cups web interface causes 
"Request Entity Too Large". 
There is plenty of free disk space.

Should I file a new bug or change back to new or confirmed?
